If you, as a Dutch national, live in Japan, then maybe you plan to get married here and maybe even have children. If you don't plan on living in Japan the rest of your life, it may be worth it to register your marriage or the birth of your child in the Hague, the Netherlands. If you do not register and you move to another country, then everytime you need official papers you need to first contact the City Hall where you were registered and get a copy of the document(s) needed, then you need to get Apostille stamps from the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then you also will need a translation! If you would have registered in the Hague, you could have gotten a copy of the document needed in 4 languages (Dutch, English, French and German). This will save you time and money eventually.

Our services:
1.you contact us at and we'll tell you what documents we need from you.
2. you send the documents to us and pay us for our services.
3. we'll get the apostille stamps for you.
4. we'll take care of the translations.
5. we'll send all the documents to the Netherlands by EMS express.

Price for this complete service is JPY 15.000 per registration, no matter how many documents need to be translated! We can do marriage, birth and death registrations.
